Traveling Superintendent - Multifamily RedevelopmentBased in Westfield, Indiana we are an industry leader specializing in multifamily redevelopment, large-scale renovation, and residential construction projects across markets nationwide.We're seeking a Traveling Superintendent with multifamily construction experience to lead field operations on major redevelopment and renovation projects. This role requires a hands-on construction leader who can manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality, and site operations while traveling to project locations throughout the United States.Role and Responsibilities:Lead all onsite construction activities, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel throughout project executionManage project schedules, critical path activities, delivery schedules, and three-week look-ahead planningDrive project performance related to safety, quality, budget, productivity, and schedule milestonesCoordinate major site development, slab-on-grade construction, wood-frame construction, and building turnover activitiesConduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and company standardsLead weekly subcontractor meetings, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and progress reviewsIdentify and resolve field issues impacting cost, schedule, quality, or safety performanceCoordinate inspections, punch list completion, owner turnover, and project closeout activitiesSupport project cost control efforts, change management, and draw process coordinationMaintain daily reports, project documentation, site records, and field communication with project stakeholdersQualifications:7+ years of hands-on construction field experience3+ years of Superintendent experience managing multifamily or large-scale residential construction projectsExperience with slab-on-grade construction, wood-frame construction, and major site developmentExperience managing projects with construction budgets exceeding $10 millionAbility to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and construction documentsStrong leadership, communication, scheduling, and subcontractor management skillsAbility and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United StatesValid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening requirementsBenefitsCompetitive Base Salary Between $110-160kComprehensive Benefits PackageRetirement SavingsCovered Travel Expenses/Reimbursements
