We are looking for a Project Superintendent to join our team! This Full Time Hire position will report to and regularly collaborate with the Operations Manager.

Key Job Duties:

Review plans and specifications before Pre-Construction meetings.
Attend Pre-Construction meetings
Attend lumber meetings with lumber supplier.
Manage documents and file sharing in Co-construct and Google Drive.
Assist in designing an initial project schedule in Co-Construct.
Review and customize schedule from start to finish during the project.
Enter job logs everyday
Review exterior door and window orders for accuracy.
Lead on-site meetings with clients for electrical walk through and interior trim walk through.
Lead on-site meetings with designers, architects and vendors/sub-contractors.
Analyze bills once per week and verify product arrived undamaged, correct quantity and correct product.
Leader of the entire project from beginning to end.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Associates or Bachelors in a related field
5-10 years of experience in residential construction
Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
Must possess a valid driver’s license for travel to project sites
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and team player
Strong problem solving skills. Resourceful.
