Position Summary
The Sales Support Specialist plays an integral role in supporting revenue-generating activities by assisting the sales organization with administrative coordination, customer engagement, and project execution. This position works closely with internal stakeholders to help drive efficiency, improve responsiveness, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the sales organization by coordinating activities and managing workflow.
• Prepare customer proposals, pricing documentation, and supporting materials.
• Review incoming requests and direct information to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain sales records, reports, and pipeline documentation.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables between customers and internal departments.
• Assist with product inquiries, scheduling, and follow-up communications.
• Support trade show planning, marketing initiatives, and customer outreach efforts.
• Compile sales metrics and generate reports for management review.
• Ensure customer requests are addressed accurately and within established service standards.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of experience supporting sales, customer-facing teams, or business operations.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
