Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager will be responsible to lead the daily operational needs of the restaurant.
Job Summary:
- Managing day-to-day service during assigned shifts and make real-time decisions to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Able to identify and ensure food quality, cleanliness and service standards are met.
- Oversee staffing with respect to breaks, open/closing/midday procedures and re-directing staff where needed.
- Serve as a communication lead between servers and management.
- Identify opportunities for improvement across the board, reduce costs and increase revenue.
- ADMIN: AGM will also manage inventory and service related documents and processes for already built-in systems.
We are looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in hospitality.
