Job Description Senior Human Resources Manager Chantilly,VA, US 6915358 a day ago Experience: Manager Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year Job Details We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the day-to-day Human Resources Function for a growing, field-based organization. This hands-on role will oversee Employee Relations, HR Compliance, Benefits, Leave Administration, Performance Management, Recruiting and Onboarding, while partnering closely with leadership to support employees, improve HR processes, and help the organization continue to grow. MUST HAVE 5+ Years of Progressive Human Resources Experience HR Management or Senior-Level HR experience Strong Employee Relations, Investigations and Performance Management experience Knowledge of Employment Law and HR Compliance Experience with Benefits and Leave Administration Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding experience Experience independently managing multiple areas of the HR Function Experience with HRIS / Talent Management Systems NICE TO HAVE Construction, Skilled Trades, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC or Field Services experience 401(k) / Retirement Plan Administration SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR Experience supporting a Field-Based / Hourly Workforce A bit about us: We are a growing organization supporting a diverse, field-based workforce across the region.
