Sales & Customer Service Representative
SportStars is a fast-growing, multi-sport organization committed to delivering high-quality youth programming across our communities. We combine structured coaching, operational excellence, and a strong customer-first approach to create outstanding experiences for families.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven, sales-oriented Sales & Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results.
Drive Enrollment Growth
- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems
Customer Relationship Building
- Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
- Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
- Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience
Sales Execution
- Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
- Overcome objections and close enrollments
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
Bilingual Customer Support
- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
- Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with operations and program teams
- Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings
