Outbound Call Representative - What Youll Be Doing:
Be the first friendly point of contact, setting appointments and answering questions about our services.
Reach out to potential customers by phone to book new appointments, send estimates and follow up on leads.
Keep our schedules organized and help ensure a smooth day for our field techs.
Record and update client information in our CRM to keep everyone in the loop.
Handle light administrative tasks like document edits and customer follow-ups.

Who Were Looking For in out Outbound Call Representative:
A people person with a warm, clear phone voice who enjoys engaging with customers.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything running smoothly.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRMs (a plus!).
You are a professional: You keep your desk neat, clean, and organized so everythings handy and ready for use.
Youll learn our software, understand job-scopes, and estimating.
Dress code is business casual.
Ability to pass a background check.
Someone who brings positivity and enjoys working on a friendly, supportive team.
