Shipping/Inventory Associate

Located in Lapeer, our client is committed to quality and is looking for an Experienced Shipping/Inventory Associate to add to their team. This role allows you the ability to work in different capacities throughout the facility. 1st shift available, $16/hr. This position requires multi-tasking duties and a high attention to detail. Hours are Monday-Saturday, 5:30AM-4:00PM, overtime is mandatory. Candidates must submit a complete up-to-date resume for consideration. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Duties:

• Obtain finished goods from inventory
• Prepare and palletize for shipments
• Stacking skids, wrapping skids
• Audit inventory, organize inventory
• Assist with visual inspection of parts when needed

Work Activities:

• Performing General Physical Activities Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
• Communicating with Supervisors, or Peers Providing information to supervisors, and co-workers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Shipping/Inventory experience
