OVERVIEW

AGE IN PLACE SACRAMENTO is a chronic illness management and senior care company. Our clients are retired executives and busy professionals who need dependable, experienced, kind, and compassionate hands to care for their aging loved ones in the comfort of their own home. We provide expert wellness and supportive living services in properties ranging from condos to private residences, in‑law suites, or apartments in a retirement community. We help seniors regain independence, enabling them to stay home and thrive despite life‑limiting diagnoses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the team leader at client homes, ensuring quality care and a clean environment. Provide hands‑on care onboarding new clients and train new team members. Act as the primary customer liaison for the client team. Support the operations department of the agency. Serve as the after‑hours coordinator one week per month. Work full time (30‑40 hours per week) with alternating weekend on‑call shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Loves seniors and enjoys helping them have pleasant days. Friendly, people‑oriented, with strong customer service skills and willingness to learn. Some office and human services experience is desirable. Caregiving experience or training—such as an allied health professional, medical assistant, medical secretary, patient care technician, or professional caregiver—and has cared for a loved one in the past.
