Daily cash/credit card entries and reconciliation.Wholegoods billing for all equipment for all AG locationsCalculating profit on sales deals to include verifying and reconciliation of costs and posting entries for any accruals or adjustmentsDaily cash and check deposit preparation to include reconciliation and entriesDaily count and reconciliation of cash boxDaily credit card reconciliation for Leesburg branchDaily JD Multi-Use Account reconciliation and entries for all AG branchesDaily JDCC reconciliation and entries for all AG branchesPost Deere transactions related to equipment salesBill equipment rentals and process rental returnsReconciliation of all cost-of-sale accounts at month end for commission preparationMonthly reconciliation for cash, credit card, and JDF accountsAssist with month end procedures and reconciliationsTake customer account payments by phone and post transactionAssist with answering phones and routing callsCross-train to post Deere new equipment invoicesExperience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:1+ years in an accounting or bookkeeper positionUnderstanding of accounting concepts such as profit/loss, accruals, sales and costsKnowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Knowledge of accounting systemsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work under pressure to meet monthly billing deadlines and goalDegree in an Accounting/Finance discipline or equivalent experience
