Job Description:
Experienced Scrum Master with SAP knowledge to drive Agile delivery for S4HANA project.
Responsible for facilitating Scrum processes, ensuring timely sprint execution, and supporting cross-functional SAP teams.


Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Ensure adherence to Scrum and Agile best practices
Track sprint progress and remove impediments
Coordinate with SAP teams (SD, MM, FI/CO, S/4HANA)
Manage stakeholder communication and status reporting
Maintain Azure DevOps and track deliverables


Required Skills
10+ years total experience, 5+ years as Scrum Master
Basic SAP knowledge (SD/MM/FI, S/4HANA)
Scrum certification preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps)
