Primary Care Physician - Adult Medicine

Seeking a full-time primary care physician to manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care through in-office, testing centers, and telehealth visits. The role involves collaborative work with in-person and virtual teams, utilizing clinical training to perform procedures, supervising NP or PA colleagues, and obtaining licensure for virtual care in multiple states.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completed or enrolled in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• Licensed in Arizona, with willingness to obtain additional state licensure
• Passion for human-centered care, effective communication, and technology use
• Clinical proficiency, adaptability, teamwork, and openness to feedback
