This position is responsible for recruiting tradespeople across the country to serve our client's needs. This position is a great opportunity for someone to learn recruiting. This is an entry-level recruiting position with limitless room for career growth.The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced customer service-oriented position. This position requires periodic evening and weekend work. This is not a typical 9-5 position, this position requires occasional evening and weekend time when we are working against a deadline to staff a project. We are looking for a highly motivated, quick learning individual who works well with a team.Excellent earning potential: salary + incentives, benefits, 401k w/employer match. Salary commensurate with experience.Staffing and recruiting experience is preferred but not necessary.
