Regional Vice President, Charter Operations

Responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, performance, compliance, and student outcomes of Acceleration Academies’ charter school portfolio Oversee charter schools in South Carolina and Ohio, ensuring academies operate with excellence while meeting enrollment, retention, academic, financial, and regulatory goals Partner closely with Academy Directors and cross-functional leaders to drive enrollment growth, student persistence, academic achievement, and charter performance Collaborate with the RVP, Board Relations & Strategic Partnerships to support governing boards, authorizers, and strategic charter initiatives Ensure compliance with charter contracts, state regulations, federal requirements, and organizational policies Monitor compliance, operational, and academic risk areas and implement corrective actions as needed Oversee charter school operations across multiple states and support the successful launch and integration of new charter schools and partnerships. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum 7 years of educational leadership experience Minimum 3 years supervising multiple schools, sites, or educational programs Demonstrated success in managing multiple charter school locations Strong preference for experience overseeing charter schools across multiple states Experience driving enrollment growth, student retention, and academic performance outcomes Experience with charter accountability, compliance, governance, and operational management Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing organizational change.
