About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Lab Quality to serve as a strategic business partner, providing leadership and oversight for quality and regulatory compliance functions across its traditional and esoteric laboratories. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all tests and services not only meet but exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. This executive role involves driving a culture of continuous improvement and the development and implementation of a global quality management system. The VP of Lab Quality will also have direct responsibility for quality across all regional labs, ensuring compliance with CAP/CLIA regulations, and will be tasked with enterprise-wide quality alignment. Applicants for the Vice President of Lab Quality position at the company should have a strong background in quality and regulatory compliance within a laboratory or healthcare setting. The role requires a leader who can effectively partner with regional presidents and other business units to ensure a cohesive and high-standard approach to quality. A deep understanding of CAP/CLIA regulations and experience in developing and implementing quality management systems are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of quality. A strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization are also key requirements for this executive role.
