No prior sales experience is necessary for this role! The Oceanside Realty Team at Keller Williams is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to turn conversations into opportunities by building relationships, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our growing real estate team.

Occasional in-office presence is required, so candidates must be within reasonable driving distance of Wildwood, NJ. We can only consider applicants who are authorized to work in the US without

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into qualified appointments
• Build rapport and identify client needs
• Follow up consistently through calls, texts, and emails
• Keep CRM records accurate and organized
• Meet appointment and activity goals
• Participate in coaching and team training

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools
• Coachable with a positive attitude
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred, not required
• Willingness to obtain a RE license is required
