What We OfferWeekly pay of $17.00-$20.00 DOE per hour
Direct deposit & debit card payment options

Weekly Pay
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities
Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis
Utilize accounting software and financial systems efficiently
Generate financial reports for management, executives, or external stakeholders
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Day Shift, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Monday - Friday
Onsite only
Bookkeeper experience preferred
QuickBooks experience required
Excel experience required
GED / High School Diploma
Able to work in the US
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, Oracle)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations)
Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements
Analytical and problem-solving skills
