What You'll Do- Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics industry
- Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking
- Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for your customers
- Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates
- Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments
- Use phone, email, and messaging tools to drive daily sales activity
- Use innovative technology and AI integration daily for pricing, operations, load booking, etc
- Think like an entrepreneur and take ownership of your results
- Enjoy building relationships and influencing others
- Bring energy, competitiveness, and a strong work ethic every day
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage your time effectively
- Stay curious, coachable, and motivated to continuously improve
- Full-time availability in office (Monday-Friday)
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Hunger for success, a "hunter" mentality, and a results-driven mindset
