Junior Loan Officer

We're hiring for our growing team and accepting applications for Junior Loan Officers . You support the Senior Loan Officer and keep files moving. You handle client intake and applications in Arive, run credit, manage pre-approvals and pre-approval letters, prep files through escrow and processing, and keep borrowers and agents updated at every milestone. Strong organization and active, documented communication are the job. Qualifications Active NMLS license (required) 3+ years of mortgage loans or sales experience Working knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loan programs Excellent oral, written, listening, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files at once Tech-savvy with loan origination systems (Arive a plus) Professional, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Helpful for Junior Loan Officers Loan processing or file-management background Experience preparing files for underwriting and escrow Comfort coordinating between borrowers, agents, and processors In-house positions — no remote option.
