What Youll Do:
As a Life Enrichment Assistant youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
- Planning executing and promoting engaging community activities and events tailored to resident interests talents and hobbies.
- Creating and developing activity plans schedules and promotional materials.
- Meeting with prospective families or residents coordinating move-ins and facilitating new resident orientations.
- Assisting with the creation of community newsletters promotions and social media posts for company websites
- Building positive relationships with residents their families and team members.
What Were Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in activity development planning and execution within a senior living or related industry (preferred).
- Experience caring for individuals with cognitive and memory-care needs.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
- Compassionate communication and teamwork skills.
