Willingham Works is a nurse-led woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown Kentucky. We support healthcare organizations and government agencies by connecting them with qualified professionals who help manage projects improve processes and deliver results.

WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL

We are currently connecting with Project Managers in Mason Ohio and surrounding areas for future opportunities.

This is NOT an immediate opening. We are building a pre-screened candidate pool for upcoming projects and government contracts.

Preferred experience:

-Managing projects from planning to completion

-Developing project plans timelines and budgets

-Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders

-Monitoring project progress risks and deliverables

-Preparing project reports and status updates

-Supporting process improvement and change management

-Experience working with healthcare organizations or government agencies

-Strong organizational and communication skills

-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

-Experience with project management tools and reporting systems

-Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
