Associate, Brokerage

Job Summary Associate Broker positioned in Portland, OR. The role is commission and draw eligible with executive benefits. Responsibilities Attend JLL University, a 13‑week training and development program. Support senior brokers in business development activities and reach out to new leads via cold calls, warm calls and emails. Collaborate on new business proposals, prepare property summary books, and develop new business presentations. Create client materials such as lease comparisons, market overviews, prospect and client presentations. Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiation, evaluation and documentation. Provide clients with industry and market specific information and maintain prospect contact information. Contribute to local market research requests including market snapshots, overviews, quarterly decks and topic‑specific research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities. Review and understand financial models, cash‑flow projections and valuation models. Qualifications 0‑4+ years of commercial real‑estate or B2B sales experience. Demonstrated success in business development and sales production. Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables. State Real‑Estate license (must obtain within 30‑60 days of hire) – preferred. Previous experience in corporate real‑estate, consulting or finance and understanding of real‑estate fundamentals – preferred.
