Supplier Quality Engineer role at Cytiva (Danaher) in Logan, Utah, focused on managing supplier quality requirements, qualification, auditing, and compliance within life sciences manufacturing. The position involves cross-functional collaboration to drive quality improvements and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Sourcing, and Business Development on supplier quality management
Conduct supplier qualification, part/process qualification, and supplier audits
Monitor supplier compliance to QMS and regulatory requirements
Develop and execute Corrective and Preventive Action plans for non-conformance issues
Drive quality improvements and cost reduction through continuous improvement initiatives and change implementation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field
Minimum 3 years quality-related work experience including supplier quality management
Qualified Auditor with onsite and remote audit experience
Knowledge of Quality Management System tools and continuous improvement methodologies
Life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred
Ability to travel up to 30%
