Senior HRIS Analyst UKG | Location: Remote | Contract | Pay Range: $100,000-$140,000

The Senior HRIS Analyst role focuses on managing and optimizing UKG Pro Timekeeping, Workforce Management, Human Capital Management, and Scheduling systems within a dynamic HR technology environment. This position requires a techno-functional expert capable of configuring, supporting integrations, developing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to align HR systems with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, configures, and maintains UKG WFM Pro Timekeeping components, including workflows, employee profiles, pay rules, and accrual profiles.
• Configures and supports UKG WFM Pro Scheduling functionalities to enhance workforce planning and operational efficiency.
• Maintains UKG WFM Pro Absence Management processes and workforce policies.
• Supports and administers UKG People Assist functionalities and HR service workflows.
• Monitors and manages recurring data integrations and feeds between timekeeping systems and HR platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Implements, tests, and validates system enhancements, ensuring compliance with business requirements and standards.
• Partners with product owners, HR teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to HRIS/WFM product roadmaps.
• Develops reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics utilizing UKG reporting tools and WFM Data Hub to support strategic decision-making.
• Creates and maintains process documentation, user guides, workflow diagrams, and training materials for HR and workforce functions.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and supports continuous system optimization.
• Coordinates with vendors and internal teams on system upgrades, project initiatives, and operational support activities.
• Trains, mentors, and supports team members and end users to promote system adoption and knowledge transfer.
• Stays informed on HRIS/WFM trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Delivers accurate, efficient work with a strong customer service focus.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HRIS, Workforce Management, and Human Capital Management experience.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience with UKG WFM Pro Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management.
• Proven experience with end-to-end UKG Timekeeping implementation, integrated with Scheduling and Payroll systems.
• Experience supporting and administering UKG People Assist.
• Knowledge of UKG Pro Security Models.
• Experience with integration technologies including Boomi.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Work authorization in the US.
• Off-site work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UKG Security Model administration.
• Integration experience with Workday Payroll.
• Exposure to Zebra Scheduling environments.
• Knowledge of TOGAF and BOST methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium.
• Advanced degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
