Clearly communicate daily goals and individual work assignment to the team. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to our customers, our people, and the company.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 1 year of leadership responsibility for a group of direct reports/team.Possess good communication skills.Exhibit basic problem-solving skills, to determine root cause, and propose possible solution.Ability to provide coaching and direction to associates in accordance with established policies and procedures with a focus on maximizing performance in a safe manner.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.Experience using RF devicesGood computer skills.Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred but not required.Experience with Crown equipment preferred but not required.Explore our benefits site to discover all the perks and support we offer!
