Location: Temecula, CA 92590
Employment Type: W2 Contract | 10 Months with Possibility of Extension
Pay Rate: $16.25-$19.25/hour | Paid Weekly
Work Model: Fully Onsite
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: May include overtime, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

BEPC is hiring a dependable Warehouse Order Picker to join our client's warehouse and distribution team in Temecula, California. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0–3 years of experience , including those looking to build their careers in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

You'll play an important role in keeping daily operations moving by receiving inventory, picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records .

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory and materials.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment according to established procedures.
• Label, meter, package, and process outgoing shipments.
• Use various freight and shipping systems to support daily distribution activities.
• Process customer orders and inventory transactions using SAP .
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control activities.
• Prepare daily shipments to support timely next-day distribution.
• Verify order and shipment information for accuracy before products leave the facility.
• Organize materials and inventory within designated warehouse locations.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and distribution team members to meet daily goals.
• Support additional warehouse and material-handling responsibilities as assigned.
• Comply with applicable Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and regulatory requirements .

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 0–3 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, or material-handling experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately pick and prepare customer orders.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow established warehouse, quality, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work the required Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule .
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required by business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving .
• Inventory control or stockroom experience.
• Experience using SAP or another ERP/Warehouse Management System .
• Experience preparing and processing customer orders.
• Familiarity with freight and shipping systems.
• Experience working within a regulated manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and quality procedures.

Work Environment

This is an active, hands-on position within a warehouse and distribution environment . Daily responsibilities may include standing, walking, picking, packing, organizing inventory, and moving materials throughout the workday.

Success in this role requires a balance of speed and accuracy . Candidates should be comfortable working toward daily shipping and distribution goals while maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, and workplace safety.
