Sales & Client Experience

• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales goals, KPIs, and client development targets
\n
• Cultivate lasting relationships with a discerning luxury clientele through elevated clienteling and personalized service
\n
• Deliver exceptional brand experiences that foster loyalty and long-term customer engagement
\n
• Lead by example in luxury selling, hospitality, and service excellence
\n
• Support store events, marketing initiatives, and business-driving strategies
\n

Leadership & Talent Development

\n

\n
• Inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve peak performance
\n
• Foster a collaborative, service-driven culture rooted in luxury standards and brand values
\n
• Provide leadership presence on the sales floor and oversee daily operations in partnership with store management
\n
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing performance development initiatives
\n

Operational Excellence

\n

\n
• Ensure impeccable store presentation, organization, and operational standards
\n
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and client service operations
\n
• Maintain proficiency in POS, CRM/clienteling tools, and operational systems
\n
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and luxury service expectations at all times
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 3+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality
\n
• Proven success driving sales performance and cultivating high-value client relationships
\n
• Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Proven success in a premium or luxury retail environment
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, nurturing, and retaining a discerning clientele; an established luxury client book is highly desirable.
\n
• A deep appreciation for luxury craftsmanship, travel and elevated lifestyles.
\n
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
\n
• Able to regularly lift and handle Items up to 20 lbs.
\n
• Multilingual In Spanish, French, Portuguese or Mandarin a plus.
