Production Control Coordinator

WisLab EMS is seeking a hands‑on and results‑driven Production Coordinator to be part of our dynamic production team. In this critical role, you will coordinate all production activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will help drive the process improvements and ensuring we meet our production goals in a fast‑paced electronics manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Providing effective automation and controls support to manufacturing operations to drive increased reliability and availability of equipment. Identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing problems in all areas of Automation, Networks, Process, Instrumentation and Controls Systems that occur in the facility. Supporting troubleshooting, development of process/system improvements, preventive and predictive maintenance development, and contractor performance monitoring, when necessary, for new automation or controls systems. Troubleshooting, pinpointing problems, and remediate all problems. Performing calibration of control systems and instrumentation. Maintaining documentation of all operational activities for future reference. Other duties assigned by the supervisor. What You’ll Bring (Qualifications & Skills) Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of production experience within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Contract Manufacturing (CM) industry is required. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and experience in process improvement. Proficient in managing performance metrics, schedules, and production data. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
