Job Description

Salary: $13.50

Job Summary

Ensure that pool patrons/guests are greeted and signed in properly.

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

1. Greet pool patrons & their guests.

2. Verify current pool membership

3. Collect pool passes & guess fee monies.

4. Record pool patrons as they arrive and depart the pool.

5. Account for guest fee monies.

6. Assist with other duties as assigned by the pool manager.

7. Present a professional appearance & attitude at all times; Maintain a high level of customer service.

Minimum Job Requirements

Must be at least 15 years old.

Much have a current CPR certification

Knowledge, skills and abilities required

-Ability to react calmly and professionally in emergency situations.

-Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.

-Ability to effectively communicate and work as a team.

-Physically able to perform necessary duties

- Knowledge of and ability to adhere to company policies and regulations.

-Legible handwriting
