Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical / Telemetry – South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12 night shifts; 6:1 patient ratio on nights; float to other like units or nearby facilities as needed

Highlights:

• Orthopedic and bariatric patient population with telemetry monitoring
• 25-bed unit with daily census of approximately 20 patients
• Epic EMR system with Pyxis medication management
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including pharmacy, respiratory services, physical therapy, and rapid response teams
• Paid pre-assignment modules and orientation (up to 16 billable hours)
• Weekly orientation start dates for seamless onboarding

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina RN license
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience; 3 years specialty experience required for first-time travelers
• Experience with blood product administration, central line management, telemetry monitoring, and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
• Must reside 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for travel assignment
