Fidelity's Corporate Technology Group (CTG) is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our team supporting our Real Estate initiatives. This person will be responsible for collaborating with key partners (both business and tech) to understand, design, implement and maintain the systems and processes that enable our strategic objectives, including Dynamic Working, Smart Buildings/Workplace, Internet of Things (IoT) enablement.

The Core Manage Real estate squad is part CTG CAEC Product Area which is responsible for managing many of the enterprise technology platforms and solutions. The Core Manage Real Estate vision is to provide a smart workplace model with modern applications and systems that encourages associates, businesses, and customers to thrive.

The Skills You Bring:

• Proficiency in conducting a methodical evaluation of system capabilities relative to business needs
• Ability to identify and assess technology solutions, noting both the technical and operational (people/process) dependencies
• Ability to articulate both business and technical needs as functional and non-functional user stories
• Demonstrated history of supporting complex data integrations between SaaS solutions
• Excellent listening, communication (verbal and written), influencing, and presentation skills
• Experience with Oracle/SQL for data validation
• Experience with coordinating and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Foundational knowledge of hardware for IoT and devices, AWS services (EC2), and/or experience with vendor managed systems are a plus

• You identify and respond to production incidents/issues – validation, scope, impact, urgency
