Systems Analyst III

Overview Kontoor Brands, a portfolio of renowned lifestyle brands including Wrangler®, Lee®, and Helly Hansen®, is seeking a Systems Analyst III to lead SAP S/4 Fashion Order to Cash (OTC) process design and architecture in Greensboro, NC. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design and solution architecture of SAP S/4 Fashion OTC processes. Define and configure key processes for Order Management, BOP, Delivery, Billing, and Returns, ensuring cross-system integration (SAP, CAR, and 3rd party platforms). Map business requirements to SAP functional capabilities, balancing standard features with custom development. Implement initiatives such as Off‑price/Excessive Inventory and Contract Call‑Off tools. Facilitate fit‑to‑standard workshops to develop “To‑Be” process designs. Design and support POS to CAR integration, including ETL of transactional data. Enable omnichannel capabilities, such as real‑time inventory sharing and partner integration. Prepare functional specifications (WRICEF), configuration documentation, test plans, and deployment strategies for OTC‑related developments. Lead or support IDoc cockpit configuration, monitoring, and custom tool development for EDI/B2B integrations. Collaborate with integration and data teams on data migration, cleansing, and validation activities. Partner with 3rd‑party vendors and system teams to ensure seamless data and process flow. Act as a key functional/architectural lead during ERP program implementation, rollouts, and enhancements. Support testing, deployment, change management, and post‑go‑live stabilization. Provide status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to project leadership. Mentor junior team members, ensuring work quality, budget, and schedule adherence. Contribute to the future roadmap for OTC process optimization and digital enablement. Drive consistency in security, compliance, and master data management within OTC. Support the OTC Lead in identifying IT‑driven growth opportunities, leveraging analytics and automation. Lead or support innovative initiatives related to Omnichannel, Customer Experience, or Real‑Time Inventory. Hands‑on experience with Syniti for data migration. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP OTC configuration and programming. End‑to‑end implementation expertise spanning OTC master data (Customer Master, Pricing & Promotions, VAS), complex Order Management, Delivery & Logistics Execution, Billing, Returns/RMA flows, STO processing, Inventory visibility, Sales Reporting, and advanced Customer EDI integrations. Advanced SAP SD configuration experience, including Contract Call‑Off, Sales Order Processing, sophisticated Pricing logic, Logistics Execution, multi‑entity Billing, Credit Management (FSCM), Account Determination, Output Control, and BRF+. Hands‑on integration testing experience covering end‑to‑end scenario validation, cross‑system dependency analysis, and defect triage. Practical experience using Integration Suite (CPI) and external platforms such as Method‑Fuel, Zalando, and Mobimedia. Experience with SAP S/4 in the Fashion/Apparel industry and SIP4 implementation. Cutover planning and execution experience, including data readiness, conversion validation, mock cycles, and hyper‑care transition. Experience with SAP CAR and off‑price/excessive inventory processes. Minimum 2 years of experience with Syniti. Benefits & Compensation Salary: $129,750.00 to $147,900.00 per year Remote: 100% Remote; up to 15% domestic travel required.
