CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Summary:
Assist nursing staff in providing high-quality patient care within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Support daily clinical operations and ensure residents' needs are met compassionately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Support the nursing team by delivering direct patient care based on individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs and reported symptoms accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow infection control protocols, including COVID-19 safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Must possess current CNA certification.
• Demonstrate experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to follow detailed care instructions with attention to safety.
• Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
• Hold a valid ID and meet COVID-19 vaccination requirements or exemptions.
