Call Center Representative

Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Collections Specialist in Whiteville, NC ! Pay rate : $15/hr Shift availability: Operating hours: Mon – Sat, 8a-9p, Will be scheduled for an 8 hour shift during those hours, must have open availability Temp to perm ($22/hr upon conversion) Collect on delinquent accounts in a timely, orderly and professional manner while following all standardized collections procedures. Make supervisor aware of problem accounts that may result in repossession, foreclosure, or charge-off. Requirements: Call Center, Collections or Customer Service experience. Education/Certification Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Collections experience required Strong communication skills Good decision-making and problem solving skills Proficient with MS Office Suite Ability to work as part of a team Must have flexible schedule Bilingual is a plus Note: This role is On-Site; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Whiteville, NC !
