Unlike high-volume clinics, our model prioritizes quality care over quantity. You'll typically treat approximately 12 patients per day with one-on-one treatment sessions and manageable scheduling, allowing you the time needed to provide individualized, evidence-based care.

For new graduates and early-career therapists, mentorship begins on day one and continues throughout your career. You'll receive direct clinical guidance, support with complex cases, and ongoing professional development from experienced clinicians who are invested in your success.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver one-on-one, evidence-based treatment sessions
• Treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic, balance, neurological, vestibular, and rehabilitation patients
• Document patient care utilizing Prompt EMR
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in community outreach and clinic growth initiatives
• Build meaningful patient relationships while helping individuals achieve their goals

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active New York Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• New graduates and early-career Physical Therapists are strongly encouraged to apply
