Planned, directed and controlled all phases of a Client Account in order to increase profits and encourage growth.

Responsible for all SLA's to ensure contract compliance. Acted as the key sales person and key contact for the account.

Thoroughly interviewing candidates, assessing skill and experience levels as well as culture fit within client organization.

Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers on a continual basis through a high volume of phone, e-mail, and written correspondence

Ensuring proper follow up with clients, arranging, coordinating the interview process, taking care of delivery process till consultant joining the project.

Developing new clients and managing them for US Staffing business

Must have prior experience of US staffing

Experienced in Full recruitment life cycle to add some value in recruitment team efforts

Strong communication & presentation skills

Strong problem-solving/analytical skills and negotiation skills

Good team management and coordination skills
