This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, learning new technology, solving problems, and improving how work gets done. You'll gain exposure across multiple areas of HR—including compensation, benefits, payroll, HR technology, recruiting, compliance, AI, and process improvement —while helping EANE deliver innovative solutions to employers across the Northeast.

What You'll Do

You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals and consultants to:

• Manage the details that make great analytics possible —including data entry, collection, cleansing, validation, organization, and ongoing data integrity.
• Turn HR data into useful insights through dashboards, reporting, compensation benchmarking, workforce analytics, and trend analysis.
• Support HR technology solutions , including HRIS, payroll and HCM implementations, testing, data migration, configuration, and optimization.
• Explore AI, automation and emerging technology to help EANE and our members work smarter.
• Improve processes by identifying inefficiencies and helping design more scalable, consistent, and technology-enabled ways of working.
• Support internal operations and administration by maintaining accurate information, coordinating processes, developing documentation and tools, and helping ensure day-to-day HR Services workflows run smoothly.
• Support HR consulting and recruiting with analytics, tools, reporting, administrative support, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Connect people and technology , translating real HR and business needs into practical solutions.

These responsibilities align particularly well with the position's emphasis on data integrity, process documentation, standardized workflows, scalable tools, and operational improvements.

Ideally, you'll bring experience in HR analytics, compensation, payroll, HRIS, workforce analytics, consulting, or business process improvement, along with strong Excel and data skills. Experience with HR technology, AI/automation, or system implementations is a plus.
