Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing speech-language pathology services across multiple school sites in the Winsted area. This full-time, on-site contract offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic K-12 caseload from now through June 2027. Two dedicated professionals are needed to support students’ communication development and academic achievement in an engaging school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC) certification
• Experience working within school settings (K-12 preferred)
• Ability to collaborate across multiple campuses
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to providing in-person services
• Must hold or be eligible for relevant state licensure

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEPs
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Consult with teachers, families, and staff to support student needs and generalize skills
• Manage a diverse caseload effectively across multiple schools
• Engage in ongoing professional development as required
