HAYNES MATERIALS IS SEEKING A DYNAMIC, ORGANIZED, TECHY SAVVY SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR, located at our Flagship Development location in Quarry Walk Oxford. 1. Role Summary
This position leads Haynes Materials' sales function and is accountable for sales performance and results across the Company's markets. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy in the day-to-day direction and management of sales, while maintaining consistent, proactive communication of pipeline status, sales opportunities, and overall sales performance to upper management.
Incumbent acts as the single point of contact for field communications relating to sales status — including inbound inquiries from customers, haulers, or field personnel on sales matters — so that these are routed through one accountable role rather than to individual sales staff.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all sales operations for the Company
- Maintain and administer the AI-based sales and reporting tools used by the sales department.
- Provide direct input on, and participate in the preparation of, all budgets relating to Materials sales.
- Communicate current sales opportunities and overall sales status to upper management on an ongoing basis.
- Attend and lead the weekly Sales and Production meeting
Implement or design key systems and tools that improve customer experience, increase sales and/or margin, and increase efficiencies across the Sales division. This responsibility is a core driver of Haynes Materials' goal of becoming a leading-edge aggregate provider
All candidates must demonstrate
Organization skills, handling multiple sales "projects" from sale to delivery in similar or high volume organizations
Understand and utilize AI tools to improve contracts, sales agreements, efficiencies and improvements in current process
Work across multiple divisions to coordinate and track sales progress and insure timely deliveries.
