TriplePoint Labs is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to support our day-to-day business functions. This role will focus on shipping, receiving, crating, and helping manage inventory. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Receiving• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipments, including packaging and crating, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers.
• Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality.
• Help maintain clean and organized warehouse.
• Help maintain stockroom and cycle counts.
• Assist with painting and assembly as needed.
• Collaborate with operations and manufacturing to ensure smooth workflow.
• Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to support reporting, documentation, and communications.
• 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with an ERP system.
• Background in shipping and receiving.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and best practices.
