Leasing Consultant: Close Deals & Delight Residents
RKW Residential
RKW Residential in Miami is seeking a Leasing Agent to warmly greet prospects, show available units, and guide applicants through the lease process. You will manage applications, coordinate with the Property Manager, and ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
Strong English, excellent closing skills, and proficiency with MS Office are required. The role requires a two-year leasing background, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and adherence to Fair Housing and company policies.
