Sous Chef – Warminster, PA

Salary: To $65,000 + Benefits, 401k, Growth Potential

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Sous Chef for a high-volume restaurant in Warminster, PA. This is a great opportunity for a culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and is ready to take the next step in their career.

This Sous Chef job in Warminster is ideal for someone who loves to lead from the line, develop talent, and ensure every plate meets high standards for quality and consistency.

What You'll Do as Sous Chef:

Lead and manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth execution during high-volume breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
Manage, train, and mentor a team of 10+ cooks and kitchen staff
Oversee food prep, cooking, plating, and station execution
Maintain food quality, consistency, portion control, and food safety standards
Assist the Executive Chef with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost control
Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen culture
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety regulations

Who We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Lead Line Cook ready to step up
Must have experience in high-volume cooking - 300+ covers per shift preferred
Must have experience managing a team of at least 10 in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for food, quality, and developing others
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
