This role owns the end-to-end learning and skills ecosystem at scale, leading two direct reports — the Sr. Manager, Leadership Development and the Sr. Manager, Skills Development — to build a scalable leadership pipeline, curate skills-based learning journeys, drive manager effectiveness, and oversee vendor management and program delivery.
