Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a major impact in a supportive educational environment for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role focuses on expanding behavioral services and fostering a collaborative approach, working closely with teachers, staff, and specialists across three school sites. As this is a new discipline for the district, your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping best practices and delivering direct support to both general and special education students.

Key Qualifications:

• Must possess current BCBA certification
• Experience working in educational settings, preferably K-12
• Proficient in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing effective behavior intervention plans
• Skilled at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, psychologists, and other support staff
• Strong observational and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Willingness to provide a redacted FBA sample and professional references upon request

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral services to students at three district school sites
• Conduct thorough classroom and school-wide observations, especially in emotional support settings
• Complete FBAs and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing insight and recommendations to optimize student outcomes
• Partner consistently with teachers, psychologists, and other specialists to support positive behavioral changes

Role Details:

• Full-time, onsite assignment: 37-40 hours per week
• Contract runs from August 17, 2026, through June 10, 2027
• Collaboration at three school sites within the district
