Purchasing Agent

Location Denton, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $22/hour

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Contract through at least December 2026

ROLE IMPACT

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level administrative professional with SAP experience to grow within a supportive, fast-paced industrial team. You’ll play a critical part in keeping purchasing operations smooth and organized—by handling order entry, tracking deliveries, and communicating with vendors to support supply chain needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter purchase orders into SAP accurately and on time

• Track supplier shipments and update delivery schedules

• Follow up on late deliveries and resolve any vendor issues

• Maintain internal order records and documentation

• Support purchasing and planning teams with administrative tasks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics administrative support

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Clear and professional communication style

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
