Patient Care Coordinators are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you'll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance. Patient Care Coordinators work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more.

At our Neurology Clinics, we specialize in evaluating, diagnosing and treating all neurological conditions, whether common or rare. Join our team to collaborate with highly skilled subspecialists and provide for patients with a wide range of neurological concerns.

The Patient Care Coordinator provides various receptionist and skilled clerical duties to support the department. This position may be responsible for scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation, supporting prior authorizations, and coordinating aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care. A PCC will perform all duties a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of the entity.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year Medical office or related healthcare experience OR 6 months experience as a Providence employee in an Associate PCC position.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
