Qualifications:

• SLPs: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; CCC or CFY status
• SLPAs: State-approved SLP Assistant credential or equivalent
• State licensure (or eligible to obtain)
• Schools-based experience preferred, but CFYs and new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech/language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the IEP process
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
