Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical skills and a commitment to student success are valued
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs, deliver engaging therapy sessions, and track student progress
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• High level of organization, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working in a K-12 school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Deliver services in both individual and group formats, tailored to age and grade level
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and special education staff to ensure student success
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help develop goals and monitor progress
• Complete timely documentation and maintain confidentiality with all student records
• Participate in school-based professional development, staff meetings, and related activities
