Payroll Processing SpecialistRequired Skills & Experience• 2+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably supporting European countries • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and platforms, ideally Oracle HCM, ADP Celergo, and/or Oracle Finance • Solid understanding of European payroll requirements, country-specific labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements • Experience processing and reviewing payroll with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and deadlines • Experience managing payroll across multiple European countries or entities • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Clear, professional communication skills in English Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles, deadlines, vendors, and stakeholders across different countries and time zones
