About the Group A physician-owned, physician-led multispecialty practice serving the Greater Greensboro area More than 50 physicians providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across a variety of specialties 14 established clinic locations throughout Greensboro and surrounding communities The organization offers a collaborative network of specialties, including gastroenterology, endocrinology, sports medicine, sleep medicine, OB-GYN, and pediatrics Known for its commitment to physician autonomy, high-quality care, and long-term professional growth opportunities, including partnership potential for qualified providers About the Role Full-time position - Family Medicine Physician Location: Greensboro, NC - close to Raleigh/Durham and partnership potential Provide primary care to patients in the outpatient setting Primary care emphasizes clinical excellence Evidence-based diagnosis and treatment, teamwork, continuity of care, good communication, professionalism, outstanding service, and maintaining a highly collegial atmosphere 100% outpatient clinic - hospital rounding is covered by the hospitalists Monday-Friday: 8 am - 5 pm Volume: Typically around 20 patients per day Call: 1 in 9 weekends and 1-2 days per month - phone only Location has 5 other physicians and 2 APPs on site EMR system: eClinicalWorks with AI dictation available Background Profile Board certified or eligible - Family Medicine Ability to hold a North Carolina medical license Benefits Total compensation with bonuses: $260,000 - $275,000 per year Sign-on bonus: $15,000 Relocation assistance: $10,000 Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement Partnership track within 2 years!
